Unlawful deduction from ATM without giving out the money

ON 26-10I tried twice to withdraw Rs.1000/-using by South Indian Bank ATM card from the Gole Market, New Delhi-1 ATM centre. I have not received the money and the slip shows that"transaction declined". When I verified my South Indian Bank Accouont, I have noticed that ICICI bank has deducted Rs.2040 from SIB account which is unjustified and unlawful. It is requested that ICICI bank should immediately return the money withdrwan from SIB account along with compensation, It is a notice for further action against the Bank.
