Coupons not received since August

I had subscribed for the Annual subscription of MINT. I had sent cheque no 0354300 of Rs. 349 for 2 years subscription of MINT. My cheque got cleared on 26th August. But thereafter I did not receive any coupons for the same and inspite of repeated enquiries I have'nt received any update on the coupons yet. Its been 7 months from the clearance of check and I fail to understand the reason for the delay in delivery of the coupons.

I would appreciate if the matter is looked into and sorted out ASAP.
