Etaining of credit card

While attempting a transaction at HSBC Vellayambalam Branch ATM, Trivandrum at 0807 hours on 10 February the Miracle Centurion Credit Card (ICICI Credit Cards) no.4443410076299005 held by me was retained, without assigning any reason thereof.

I suggest that immediate necessary action may be taken to return the card at the earliest and the reason for retaining the card intimated to me. Further, I won’t be responsible for any transactions held on this card while not in my use.
