I buy a 2l bottel of MIRINDA orange flavour from a shop keeper in bahadurgarh. the bottle was having a scheme of 250ml can free. But shopkeeper has cut the portion of offer on pet bottel printed paper.he told that scheme is over now. he has stored stock with offer and now he is selling the bottel without giving can free.second arguement was that he will give with offer at a price of RS.60 but MRP is only RS 55.
how he can sell a product at higher price than MRP. or how he can sell product without giving offer written on product?
