Dear sir,
I have purchased Inverter battery No. 369W3421603C9, (PATPO13495) In 1500 Plus on book no.14, Sr. No-672 dt-27/06 from Ram Lal Cycle & Electronics, 1092 / 1, Near Bus Terminal, Mehrauli, N.D.-30.. That battery was not working from day one of installation & the same was communicated to the shop keeper. After intimation shop keeper taken back for repair the same from company with assurance that the battery was ok and never create problem in future. After 15 days to one month the same problem I faced and again I send the battery to shop keeper on Jan 10. I got the battery on march 10 & within 10 days the same problem i faced. Again i send the battery on march & make follow up till now to got the replacement of battery with shop keeper & exide official Mr. Kalla & Mr. Varma but i have not getting the replacement of battery till now. Therefore I request you please help me to resolve my problem

As per your guidance the retailer take original battery and provide me the old substitute for time being. Whenever I talked to him, he is not cleared to me for the replacement of that battery, only he reply I talked to you later or collect the same battery. I am suffering since last one year, am I wrong to choose your brand? The retailers Mob. 9250183274, 01126641248, Mr. Kishan. Please do the needful.
