Bill Problem even lot of Requests for Web Pwd But don, t bothered in Srinagar they are super Cheaters

I am using Airtel phone from Last 2-3 Years with Monthly Bill Rs 2500 above... I see my Bill very High i need to plan Change But we have to wait for Bill date so that they can cheat more..Next cheating is They are bothered Either bill received Client or not Even i request 100 times But They did't bothered..They are Superrrrrrrr Cheaters in Srinagar..mobile no 9906518342
