I GO FOR NEW GAS CONNECTION TO THE DISTRIBUTER THE STAFF OF THE PREM GAS SERVICE REFUSE TO BOOK THE CONNECTION AND EVEN REFUSE TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION TO TAKE A NEW CONNECTION, WHEN I COMPLAINT FOR THIS TO THE R.M. AFTER THAT THEY BOOKED MY CONNECTION BUT AFTER THAT THE BEHEVIOUR OF THE DISTRIBUTER IS VERY UNOFFICIAL AND ROUD. THEN I AGAIN COMPLAINT OF THIS MATTER TO THE HEAD OFFICE OF HPCL BUT NO REPLY CAME FROM THERE, I HAVE RECIVED A CALL FROM DELHI CONSUMER CELL OF THE HPCL BUT THEY WERE ALSO SUPORTING THE DISTRIBUTER. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
