I bought a brand new LG 1 ton Split AC this April from this shop. A technician from the shop came and installed it. He collected 3000 RS as installation and extra fittings charges.
The very next week Water started flowing through my bed room from the AC. I called the shop and the technician. Not a single human turned up for 2 weeks though I called them over and over. Finally i logged a call with LG service team - they found the AC is installed in wrong way. They did some thing and fixed it temporarily. As it was installed wrongly by the local dealer party, they guided me to get in touch with dealer itself.
After the temporary fix..water problem seems to be fixed. But from next month the cooling effect gradually came down. it has a minimum temp of 18 C... even in 18 (think abt the current it consumes) this will not cool my room (only 100 sq ft). Then after several calls and visits one technician came and said it is installation problem and due to that I need to pay 1600 again for the gas recharging and another 1500 for proper reinstallation. That too within 2 nd month. Now its the 4 th month am still running with the same AC with out cool air... it just similar to a fan for me.
SO IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO PLANS FOR AN AC PLEASE BUY FROM ANY BEST DEALER IN CHENNAI LIKE VASANTH & CO ..OR VIVEKS... THOUGH IT CAN COST U A 200 OR 300 BUKS MORE... but U CAN SETTLE WITH A GOOD SERVICE from them...
IF u r planning to buy from ANNA NAGAR pls pls pls & ...REFRAIN from "SJ saji TRADERS"... ALSO PLS CONVEY THIS TO ALL UR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES SO THAT from now NO ONE ELSE WILL GET CHEATED like me.
