I have made a payment of Rs.500 to my mobikwik.com account but i through debit card but i didn't get any mobikwik balance corresponding to it

my order number/transaction number is 13334585972596 that i've recieved from CCAvenue.com

my registered email id is [email protected]. kindly take the appropriate action
