Sir, i have a bsnl connection 9421483790. it is with my father who is 65 years old. he is annoyed with the caller tune marketing calls... they deceive by asking to press nos... A caller tune that has been downloaded by mistake .is vulger... i have been requesting frequently to the BSNL costumer care to stop the tune. but no action is taken... moreover they are deducting Rs. 25 per month. it is rediculuos that the govt co also behaving like the private people i hope it is addressed timely
