I AM USING RELIANCE MOBILE HAVING NO 09357474000 FROM LAST THREE YEARS. THREE MONTHS AGO I FACED BILL PROBLEM I VISITED SO MANY TIMES AT RELIANCE STORES BUT I DID NOT GET ANY SOLUTION . THEN SEND MAIL AT CUSTOMER CARE AROUND TWO MONTHS AGO... EVRYTME THEY ARE REPLING ..." YOUR ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 4 DAYS" BUT I DONT KNOW THAT 4 DAYS.

I ALSO GOT MAIL THAT OUR EXECUTIVE CALLED ME & RESOLVED MY PROBLEM. BUT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALL REGARDING MY ISSUE.

I DONT KNOW HOW RELIANCE C.CARE IS WORKING. I THINK RELIANCE IS NOW A BIG COMPANY & COMPANY DO NOT REQUIRE OLD CUATOMERS...
