Respected Sir,
I was using RIM Post paid Services with CUG Group plan from last one and half years. one and half month back i visited web-world Bilaspur (c.g) to pay my Bill Amount. The customer care Executive Name Ms. Sandhya and Ms. Shruti has convinced that the monthly Bill which you are getting can be redused by changing to new plan SOHO. I got convinced and requested for that, they asked to fill a given Form which they have provided and i fill and submitted for two No. 9329552348, 930035491 and took two new No. of Pre-Paid on the same day. Last month Bill of 9300350491 was ok but 9329552348 the bill raised was high when i asked them they said we are taking Rs.400 as advance and will be adjusted in next bills. But five days back I got SMS from the company of Rs.1765 i went to the Web-world this same two ladies again tried and misguided me for the bill. They said its a fack Bill from the company no need to worry. i was confused i asked them to arrange a talk with authorised person of RIM Mobile (postpaid) at that movement they said due to their mistake this No. is wrongly fitted in some other plan and it will be made correct them asuring me. but the next morning a new SMS saying the mobile was De-activated because of high useage. After that i went many time to web-world i was not attended saying we are looking. i had a word with Mr. Sourab (indore) he then passed to some other person from Raipur (C.G.). But no positive response today person from Bilaspur Head Post-Paid has requsted to and activated my mobile saying Rs. 500 has been reduced from your bill that all now you have to pay remaining amount.
