BIll plan AES 300 plan. No free 50 local SMS benfit is given to me. Excess charges Rs 30 being charged under SMS - others for on demand services for which I had not ever applied. You are requested to reverse Rs 30 and give me benfit of 50 local SMS free as per plan.
From last 5 days customer care at 121 cannot be contacted.
