WE HAVE 2ND TIME CONIRM TO YOU, THAT OUR COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED TILL DATE. WE HAVE SPOKEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE FROM LAST THREE DAYS.WE HAVE NO SATISFIED ANSWERED THREW YOUR CUSTOMER CARE.

PROBLEM :- EARLIER AIRTLE CONNECTION WAS VERY GOOD SINCE LAST 10 DAYS BUT THIS TIME ANY PERSON CALLING ON OUR NUMBER ITS NOT REACHABLE AND OUTGOING NOT ALLOWED TO OUR PHONES. WE HAVE MANY CONNECTION (PREPAID & POSTPAID). SO YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CHECK THE COMPLAINT OR OTHERWISE THERE ANY MODEM WHICH TO BE INSTALLED FOR THIS PROBLEM.
