Refund of security Deposit

Hi Team

I had transfered my connection from Post paid to prepaid 2 months ago, but your company has refunded my security Deoposit till now, neither the company is bothered to inform when they are going to refund back the same. In case i did not receive the same with 15 days i need to take action against the you.
