Dear Sir/madam,
i am your customer using mobile with airtel connection (phone no. 9945028193). I have not recieved the bill for last month yet and have been contacted by several airtel service people on a daily basis over the last 2 weeks. Each time i have asked them to send the bill without effect.today one of the airtel service men said they would block outgoing calls from this no. which is outrageous when they have not sent the bill. however, the amount has been remitted going by what amount that person said but i would like prompt billing sending and better servi ce.
