Non delivery of product & decreasing valuation of the product

Hi,

MobileNXT has the most pathetic customer service, (order id 100002532) i had ordered Nokia 3120 classic on August 27 for 6, 950rs, and upto this day i have'nt received the cell phone yet, and the worst part is that the value of the cell phone has now reduced to 6, 655rs, i would never ever purchase or recommend any body to purchase any thing from mobilenxt

Customer care executives always give the lame excuse that they dont have the details regarding dispatch, and will contact me when they are aware of that.
