I have purchase a Nokia Cell phone Model N-82, on 12/4 from M/s B.S. electronics, Pacific Mall, Kaushambi, UP,

The samre handset has been given to HCL Nokia Care, New delhi, India for repair on 04/08, agains Jobsheet No. 1500292225, despite my several calls and emails to them they are not in the position to repair it, I have written to Mr. J.V. Ramamutrhy also at HCL but not getting any respose pls. help me out. I need my cell phone immediately as i am loosing lacs of business daily.
