Billing complaint

My name is m narayana moorthy, living in chennai, tamilnadu. my mobile number is 98403 88839. My mobile bill falls due on 11th dec'07. The following things are faced by me for the past

one week.

1) Airtel showroom - anna nagar - credit card machine problem,

they have not accepted the payment.

2) Airtel showroom - chetput - renovation and also credit card

machine problem, they have not accepted the payment.

3) Airtel showroom - Haddows Road - credit card machine,

they are not having, not accepting.

4) Airtel showroom - College Road - credit card they are

not accepting.

5) Payment through net - i have already registered,

last one week your server is problem, informed this to your

Customer care over phone on 14th, 16th, 18th. No actions

are initiated.

From the above circumstances, how the customer can pay the amount on due date, those the perons like me are very busy.

Could u pls arrange some alternative sources.
