This is to bring to your notice that the consignments bearing nos. CC6125812, CC6125813 and CC6125814 were booked from Bangalore to us on 17/11 by Canara Bank.
These consignments were delivered to us on 23/11 at 2.30 pm.
On enquiry from your Begumpet office, and on speaking to one Mr. Akram, we have not got a satisfactory reply.
Consignments are couriered because it is felt that these reach the consignee the next day. Such delay in delivery is unexpected of a company of your high standards. We have been using your company for sending consignments for almost since 1993 onwards and are very dissappointed at the delay this time.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
