Dear Sir (Mr. VIG Managing Director), CHAIRMAN and MARUTI OWNERS
I am mailing my request once more for the poor response of Modern Maruti Automobiles Ambala Ciy & overall Maruti Automobiles.. In spite of my previous mail dated 1-4, i have neither received any message from Modern Automobiles for delivery of said wagaon-R VXi during NAVRATRAS, not any correspondence response in the shape of mail is received from your side. The attitude of sale Manager Shekhar, sales representative Ms Paramjit Kaur of modern Automoblies Ambala City which was very polite & attractive at the time of booking on 27-3, is quite poor/rude at this juncture, they have rather betrayed me by not fulfillment their commitment and make me humiliated amongst my relatives who were very much anxious to see the new WAGON R VXI during NAVRATRAS. My previous mails to your goodself & MARUTI COMPLANIT BOX dtd 27-03 have also remained unfruitful by not responding.
Even another automobiles agencies like Hundai for i10 etc were offering very very good offers during NAVRATRAS, i approached to Maruti & felt myself betrayed by the MARUTI & their representatives.
Hoping for immediate favorable response, action & appropriate compensation please.

I had booked Wagon-R, VXI Car on 27-3-09 vide receipt No. 4008 and Allotment No. 18 WR VXI from Modern Automobiles, Ambala City. and the commitment of delivery date was 30-3-09 as recorded in the relevant file of the said vehicle but it is sorry to say that the same has not delivered till date. I want to purchase the car in NAVARATRAS but the dealer initially promised and now shown his incompetency to deliver the vehichle in NAVARATRAS causing dissatisfaction and humiliation to me as the lady members of my family are complaining me about this. Please look into the matter and arrange to deliver the vehicle before NAVARATRAS i.e. 2-4-09.
