Non Delivery of PAN Cards

I applied for PAN in April 09 through UTI agent Hari Pal Sharma having office at Chamber Road Moga

I inquired about my card from post master of my village Lande ke who declined and informed me that there was no such post in my name from UTI, Navi Mumbai regarding PAN card.

My father is well know Ex MP of this area and there is no such chance of non delivery of my card but

surprisingly the local agent has got my card and delivered me upon my inquiry from him through my

CA.

The question is how the agent got this card when the postal clerk shown his awareness about my post.

I feel the post master has made hand in glove with the agent and delivers all the mail relating to PAN cards to Hari Pal Sharma.

Inquiry be made against post master at the earliest.
