Hi,
When i was in pune i had subsrcibed for a tiffin service from a company called Mom's kitchen.
I was a member for about approx 2 years. I had deposited Rs.1000 has deposit which was refundable.
About two months ago suddenly i dint receive tiffin and when called the delivery boy he said the service will be closed for about 2 weeks.
When i called the main office i was told we are just closing to renovate our services and to re-organise ourselves and we will update you after two weeks and the service will be restarted.
But when called after a month or so i was told they wont be starting it and they will refund my money.
When i told them that i will be leaving Pune in few days i was told that after 31st July let us know your account number and we will transfer the deposit amount, but this never happened.
When i called them on 1st August all their numbers were out of service.
Their website is still online and "http://www.momskitchen.in/new/contactus.php" but the contact number available is not in service.
I am sure there must be many more consumers like me who will be cheated in this fashion.
Please look in to this and punish such frauds.
