even after soo many days... after several follow ups nobody has attended the complaint yet...
when we call the mangalore service centre, they say that they have taken over the service centre ownership recently and there are lots of complaints pending, no enginner is available... who is responsible for such delay... when we called samsung their reply was they have closed the call themselves since customer didnt pickup thephone when they called but failed to give any details on how many times they called, when did they call etc...
God only help who have purchsed samsung products...
This is the 2nd time in 3 months our customers are getting such treatment from Samsung...
