Fixed deposit money not refunding

Dear sir,

I had done a FD of Rs 18000/ in Morepen lab on 17.12.2002 which was due for maturity on 17.12.03.

The maturity amount was Rs 19869/. My FD no was DL2DX53940.

I have already submitted FD for refund but inspite of too many reminders, they are not refunding my money back.

Pl help as I urgently need money for my childrens education.
