Dear sir / Madam,

I am a geek who uses many Moserbaer Products due to your great concern to the quality and durability.

I own a Nokia 5300 and a Motorola L-9 for which I bought a two Moserbaer 1 GB MicroSD cards from a local vendor against proper receipts and bill in the month of 2008.

Both the Micro SD Cards were working fine. But yesterday when I formatted the card in Nokia set through my PC and copied songs and other data, I could not add data more than half of its capacity.

I reformatted using Fat format and retried but the problem persisted. The card showed its size as 952 Mbs i.e. Capacity and free space 952 mbs and used space 0 mbs. When I add data to it, only data upto half of its capacity could be added. After this no more data could not be added to it and it displays the message “path too deep” while trying to add more data to it. However it showed the free space equivalent to half of its capacity.

It could be formatted either. When I tried to format it the message is displayed that ‘Windows could not format’.

This Moserbaer 1GB MicroSD card appears to be defective one as I could not add data to full of its capacity.

It is therefore requested that my Moserbaer 1GB MicroSD card which is still under the Lifetime Warranty be replaced immediately.
