I BOUGHT AN MOTOROKR E6 FROM VISHAL MEGA MART, FOR WHICH I GOT AN ELECTRONIC BILL .BUT WITHIN 2 WEEKS THE PHONE GOT DEAD. AND FOR WHICH I WENT TO MOTOROLA CARE CENTER IN JAIPUR i.e. REDIGNTON INDIA LIMITED, JAIPUR. AND I GAVE MY PHONE FOR REPAIR MY WORK ORDER NO IS JA/MO/09/03775 DATED 28/08/02009.BUT AFTER ONE WEEK WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT HE STATUS OF PHONE THEY SAID THE BILL IS NOT APPROVED AND PHONE IS NOT REPAIRED.AFTER THAT I WENT TO THE RETAILER AND GOT AN FRESH COPY OF BILL WITH WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM RETAILER ABOUT THE DETAILS OF PHONE..BUT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN AND AFTER ONE WEEK THEY APPROVED MY BILL WHEN I BROUGHT THEM ANOTHER COPY OF BILL.IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT I WILL GET MY PHONE WITHIN 10 DAYS.BUT AFTER 10 DAYS THEY SAID ONE MORE WEEEK WILL BE NEEDED TO DISPATCH MY PHONE TO JAIPUR.
