Respected sir/madam,

This is to inform you that Miss Yashna Bahri had purchased the MOTORAZR2-dark pearl grey (2gb on board memory) from the authorized dealer-Vishal Communications-136, rajpur road, jakhan, dehradun-248001 on the 29th of November along with receiving a 1 year warranty from the Motorola department itself. My family has been a constant user of your products, many of us in the family had the Motorola v3i also but never faced such problems. But this mobile has been giving me problems since April hence I had given it to the service centre in Noida-Hotspot Mobiles and More, G-21, sector 18 noida01 on the 28th April complaining that the software of the cell was damaged and that my cell did not switch on and got hanged for hours or even days, along with a very weak battery backup of 3 only around 3 hours the service centre than reported saying that the cell had gone to the flash mode along with low battery backup, data cannot be saved and liquid to be checked. The cell was then returned to me after 2 days on the 30th of April along with the assurity of no more problems of the restarting of the mobile but it got restarted itself the same day and happened the same again the next day for 3-4 times.

I feel that it is regretful on the part of Motorola that the user is facing such problems. Hence, I had to report them back in the same address in Noida in the Hotspot Mobiles and More, the Motorola service centre on the 2nd of May and this time they reported that the cell hanged and restarted on calling along with low battery back up and cell heat on charging which was not looked upon before. I had got my cell back on the 5th of May along with assurity again this time of no restarting itself but it did so again.

The company just solved the low battery backup by providing me a new battery which did not solve the complete purpose.

I would also like to add that on the 23rd of may the Motorola mobile is not even starting since the battery is low and there is again some problem in charging besides the fact that the service centre had changed the battery of the cell.

I have been in a delimna and mental agony all this while taking the cell phone from the dealers to your service centre and back their again. I have spent around Rs 17, 000 without thinking twice just because it was a Motorola product, and now my belief in your brand stands shattered and void.

I apply for the replacement of my cell phone. Now, this is not a question of warranty and rectification of softwares. the purpose for which I brought the cell phone has not yet been served. Within the warranty period, that is march onwards your product has been a continous source of problem for me.

I would be thankful to the Motorola department if my problem is looked upon separately with attention since I have been trying to get a solution a few times more before this but have been failed. I hope that Motorola would not let down a loyal Motorola user.

I hope that the concerned authorities will take immediate and appropriate action.

The bill of the MOTORAZR2 along with other important papers and recipients can be submitted wenever asked for.

i wish there would be a solution taken out for my problem by the customer care since the consumer court procedure would get slow and i would like to take it as the last step if nothing would be done.
