Claim re imbursement

I have insured my car DL3C AP6886 Santro Model under oriental insurance company for 3, 25, 000.My car got stolen on 31/12/08, i hav submitted my claim papers to the above said company in the month of february, i was told the by the company by mistakenly company insured my car for 3, 25, 000 and actually the value of the car is 2, 85, 000 so they wont give the full amount but i have paid my premium for 3, 25, 000.i have been following it up with the company for the past 6 months, i am not getting any reply from their side, .i dont know the status of my claim.

Please help me in this regard
