Sub: Send email complaint regarding mobile service
Dear sir.,
I had been given a Motorokr E6 mobile to the service centre named Redingtion (India) Ltd service centre., Ground floor, Diamond corner, Opp. Sawai Gandharva Hall, Deshpande nagar HUBLI-580029.Tel:0836-2213755, 4256517 dated on 23-7 3 months ago for the following problems
1. Showing charging indication but not charging
2. Mic problem
3. Memory card not detecting.
But, the problem is that the employees of that service centre said that they are still workin on it, when I asked them to hand over the cell they asked me to come back after some period of days this was going for some time. But, later they said the cellphone is misplaced this case is going on from 2.5 months. I am really tensed about my cellphone. So, I would request the main head office and the manager to please look into the matter and please take a necessary action. The manager of the branch Mr. Prakash Says he has sent a mail to the head office and it is approved to hand over another cell. Today (27-10) when i visited the service centre the manager again asked me to come on 1-11. I really cant understand what to do? I just found the website address in that centre today i noted it and decided to mail a complaint letter to the head office...
Once again, I request the main head office and the manager to please look into this matter and please do the needfull by solving the matter and arranging a cellphone for me.
