Replace of battery

I had bought a motorola w218 phone in nov.2008! Bt after few days i got the problem of short life of battery. I contact the service center they said it has to replaced bt till now abt two months past there is no response. Now im considerinfg it as judcial case! pls contace me as early as possible.
