I have problem with Motorola handset and the details are :-

This is to draw your attention towards the inefficiency in dealing with us. Your one of the service center is not working properly, In last month, my handset was switch off automatically for this I was surrendered my handset to your one of the “Motorola Service Center at located in S-3, Green Park, next to Uphar Cinema, Delhi” and till now (Receipt Date 14th April) it is not repaired by them and even when ever I want to take a feedback for the same from them they talk very rubbishy and irresponsible. Till now I have not received any status from your service center about my handset
Before this I have a Motorola C131 and it has the same problem which I am facing with current Motorola C218. I am very disappointed by your service as well as the behavior of your staff with under irresponsible manager and this makes very bad impression towards to customer and customer never trust to your product; if this is your service then I sorry to say that I never ever buy any product which belongs to Motorola.
Being as an employee of “Business World Magazine a sister concern of Star News, TV Channel” I badly need handset for my daily office dealing. So please consider my request in urgent basis and resolve all issues as soon as possible, if my issue not resolve then I have only way to knock the consumer court.
In order to avoid such situations in the future, I would need proper time and attention from your support team. Hence would need your cooperation in this.

I am regular customer for TATA INDICOM for more than 3years, now I am facing a problem with Motorola handset as well as the customer support. All the detail is mentioned as above. I am suggesting you, if possible then please consider to other companies for handset and they should provide us a better service within the time period as well as good behavior towards to customer.
