Malfunction in handset

Sir, I've bought my MOTOROKR Z6 on 10 jan 08.

but it has malfunctioned most of the time.last time it took one month for the repairs but they are not ready for replacement.

I cant afford to lose my fone for anoter 1month for service repairs.please guide me!!!
