Handset not working

I had purchased a Motorokr E6 Premium Black Coloured on 9 April' 08.The problem is of touch screen caliberation... and its continuous despite i had provided service to the handset at the centre for twice earlier also. Whenever the screen gets hanged i am not able to make even a call from that... because of the lack of keypad in the set... i think if the keypad is missing then its touch screen caliberation must be strong n prompt enough to give service, ...but very sorry to say that its very very poor...

On 5 august '08 it has been given for the third time by me for the same problem. & whenever i give the set its not been delievered atleast before 15-20 days.

after spending 13, 300 /- Rs. i dont think i deserve a handset which has been given to the service centre for 3 times within 4 months.

I request you to please put my complaint to the authorities and ask them for the replacement of the set or probably deliver me any other handset of the same value or nearby that...

The IMEI No. of the handset is 355557010802916 & it was purchased from The Mobile Store, Apex mall, Tonk Road, Jaipur on 9 april' 08.
