COMPLAINT FOR MOTOROLA V8 RAZOR 2GB MOBILE

DEAR SIR,

I extremely regret to submit the following :

1. First of all I was not prepared to raise a complaint though MOTOROLA V-8 Razer was giving battery backup problem since January.

2. Finally, before expiry of Warranty period I raised a complaint on 06.05.2009.

3. Since then, i.e. 06.05. I have appx. 40 times visited MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTRE, DEHRADUN. I have appx. 15-20 times registered complaints. I have sent emails about 15-20 times (most of my mails delivered to your NORTH AMERICA Centre).

4. MY ALL EFFORTS ARE IN DOL DRUM.

5. I really feel bad to inform you that during the period 06.05.2009 to till date I have not received a single feed back from MOTOROLA office.

6. DEHRADUN MOTOROLA SERVICE CENTRE INFORMED ME THAT mobile has reached a LEVEL III REPAIR and need to be sent to Delhi (from Dehradun) and it was sent to Delhi on 27.06.2008. After that I visited 3 times to service station to get the mobile back and finally on 11.07.2009 (i.e. after 15 days) I collected the mobile and sorry to say it give ZERO RESULT.

I do not how how many LEVELS I HAVE TO PASS TO GET MY MOBILE REPAIRED.

8. MOTOROLA EMPLOYEES SAYS THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE FACILITY TO REPLY TO THE CUSTOMER S COMPLAINT - VERY SHAMEFUL.

9. HAD I HAD BEEN TOLD THAT REPAIR OF MOBILE TAKE WILL TAKE THREE MONTHS TIME I WOULD HAVE SCRAPPED THIS MOBILE.

FINALLY PLEASE ADVISE FURTHER COURSE OF ACTION,

CONSIDERING ABOVE FACTS, I REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE OR A CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THAT MOBILE HAS BEEN REPAIRED AND WILL GIVE SATISFACTORY RESULT.

CURRENT UPDATE

DEAR SIR,

I would like to draw your kind attention to my mail of July 14 submitted to Motorola and copy to you for your kind intervention in the matter.

Further to my mail of 14.07. I would like to update on the matter as under :

On level - III, my mobile was sent to Delhi Regional Office of repair on 27.06.2009 and finally I collected the mobile on 11.07.2009 (i.e. after 15 days) and surprised to note that MOTOROLA DELHI office did nothing to my mobile and sent to Dehradun.

I collected my mobile on 11.7.09 and resubmitted to MOTOROLA service Centre on 14.07.2009.

On enquiry from MOTOROLA CUSTOMER CARE, on 17.07.2009 I was informed that mobile is ready for delivery. I rushed to MOTOROLA service centre and was surprised to note that information given to me by customer care was wrong, mobile was not even attended since 14.07.20007 and was lying at the service centre counter, dehradun.

SINCE 06.05.2009 I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL / FEEDBACK TO MY COMPLAINTS.

I sincerely request your kind authority to take up the matter with competent authority at MOTOROLA so that matter can be resolved, or please advise me WHAT SHOULD I DO?
