Given moto mobile A810, imei:-3564440202412871 for repair regd.speaker problem to the motorola service centre at vashi (varad electronics) since under waranty.but the person mr. jiteshhhhh did not repair it at all as it s problem still persists. on the contrary he added one more problem by removing (destroying) the part (pin) where the headset jack is inserted. now i can not hear through headset as the pin inside the mobile is not available. can i get my problem solved or is there any procedure/chance of getting replacement of mobile from motorola company as it is still under waranty period
