Dear Sir

I claimed the gift against the file number 115196 of SHAILESH CHAUHAN for the Motorola Smart Phone Moto Q 8 but I received Moto Rokr E 8 model on 09 september. Why my model is differ from my origenal claim. Please check and inform me about that why model has been changed from origenal claim.
