Two number motorola PDA cell phone were ordered over my SBI card number 4317 5750 7551 9307 on 03rd November and the order number was confirmed vide number 130022229. The delivery was expected by 19 november. The cost of one number cell phone was given as 6500 but on repeated enquiry from your customer care, it is informed that no such debit has been made till date, if possible the product may be sent to my postal address by 23rd of this month through any courier service so that material can be received by 23 november.
