Very poor customer service
I bought a motorola 15 August. Actually the peice was defected when i bought it when we call it stopped working and the peice should get hanged. i went to my nearest motorola authorized center at Varad electronics, Vashi, Mumbai. They said they will be giving the phone within 2-3 days after reparing. Then i called they said they have send the peice to head office for reparing. But till date they have not given the cell, every day i call there they should answer call tommorrow. Now it has gone 2 week. pl. give a look to customer service. Very bad customer service.

They spend so much on advertising. Pls spend on customer service.
