Dear Sir/ma'am,
Please refer the below communication with Motorola.
Still I am waiting for the replacement/Repair. but no action has been made so far. I have suffered a lot and lot of my money has wasted making calls to Motorola Customer Care and Service center but no positive response.
Please advice me for taking a legal action against MOTOROLA.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to inform you that I purchased a Motorazr V6 Maxx in September.
The cell was working fine but in June it just go dead, so I brought the
cell to M/s. Simran Communication, Faridabad for repair on 29/06. They
tell me to come after 6 days. After 6 days the reply was that we are out of
spares and it will take 15 days to spares to come. After 15 days when spares
came fro Chennai the problem was still the same. My mobile phone couldn't be
repaired. More then 1 month have been passed and I am still waiting for my
mobile.
You can imagine very well that a person can't live without phone for even a
single day but I am suffering for more then a month.
The service engineer of service centre Mr. Sonu Kumar has tried very well
lot but after that he says that the cell is un-repairable and will be
replaced.
After that I communicated to Motorola care. Mr. Mridul has lodged the
complain,

I have a good faith in Motorola and I have always recommended and purchased
Motorola phones and received good service also but this time I am highly
disappointed.
