For the billing amount

Few day ago at my home meeter of light is Chang by mpb because the meeter does not work properly after this they gave me bill of RS 14000 i complain about this but they don't solve my complain & they cut the light connection then i pay all amount also i gave him 3000 & monthly bill of 440 which is fix by mpb so please solve my problem
