Mphasis an eds company
PF amount not credited

Hi Sir/ Madam,

I am K.vijayalakshmi worked for Mphasis & left the company in Feb. Later to which I have applied for the withdrawal of the PF amount & I have still not received the same. I t is too long that my amount has not credited. Would request you get this issue closed at the earliest. The details are enclosed in the attachment.
