Hi, I am vimal kuma rana I am working with Mphasis An EDS Company as a lead infrastructure Engineer. I got a credit card from CITI BANK it was delivered by Blue dart i was not at the home, i was in my office them my wife was there at home. That corrier boy asked to my wife for my ID proof she told give me a moment i show you his Passport. That corrier boy did not give her a chance to find the passport and said i am busy guy i can't wait for a moment too. on asking the address of blue dart office or his contact number he said No i do n't have any i have to go. Finally that boy said to my wife come and collect it from Bludart office rudely. My wife was disaapointed by his behaviour. I need my card at my address at 9 AM to 10 AM in weekdays. Please do an action on this otherwise i will gonna take a leagal action on Blue dart corrier service for that miss behaviour. I may be contacted at 9971359067 for any clarification.
