Non receipt of result till now

Espected sir i have been trying for 6 months ti discover why my results are not cleared by the university. i have passed my three papers. on university's saying i have posted my dissertation copies three times. but every time university says that we have not got your copies. please coperate me and take pains. i am a married man with two children. my job depends on m.phil degree.
