Sir

I am paying my electric bill regularly using sit www.mponline.gov.in. But since oct-11 i am getting my bill with old dues which i had paid thru mponline and when i contacted to MPEB department they said to book complaint in MPONLINE site and when i contacted to MPONLINE they said contacted to MPEB. Both are making fool to customer and no body is listening of me what should i do sir please help me out in this regards. My details is as under
