Non receipt of Passport

I applied to for the passport dated 018/08 file number Z 705668 07. at Ujjain office. My police verification was done in September. The online inquiry at passport office displays " Your application has been kept for further examination. Your police report is clear". No message had been given by the passport office so far regarding the objections/nature of examination. I am mailed to the passport officer twice reminders for the same, but no reply had been received so far.
