Non delivering of posts

I have an subscription from an magazine company. I receive monthly issue of the magazine but in some months the magazine never come to me. i asked the magazine company and then they send it again.

but this goes repeatedly for few months.the magazine company is sending the nmagazine properly but the post office i think is miss delivering the post.
