Unusual delay in fault removal in line

M.p.e.b.city division north gwalior d.d nagar staff take no interest in removal of faults in power supply lines.power supply at my residence, a-27 amaltas colony was disrupted on 16-10-11 i registered complaints on 17-10-11 (nos 2, &39) again on 18-10-11 (complaint no1) and i made a telephonic request to asst.engg.also for repairing of supply line but the fault is still persisting
