On the 4th of September, I gave my Altec Lansing subwoofer for servicing. The representative from Mr. COMPUTER, Address - 21, Sanjai Gandhi Street, M.G.R. Nagar, Chennai - 6000078, named Mr. Mohan, took the subwoofer and promised to return it after service the very next day, for a price of Rs. 500.
However, they have failed to do so till now, and do not furnish proper information when contacted. I've contacted them every single day in the past 10 days.
Plz guide me on what i should do..
