we are having mtnl broadband connection on above mentioned number. Since last 45 days there is no internet connectivity. Inspite of repeated complaint there is no action from your side. I am giving one complaint no.- 41600908 dated 9th December, 08 for your reference. I have not maintained record for all comnplaints.
Please give the credit for thr period the service was discontinued by you without any fault from my side and even repeated complaint fdid no good.
Please rectify the complaint immediately.
